'...Sucks' domain name advice

I'm thinking of putting up a ...sucks.co.uk web site, anyone have any advice in terms of both the DRS and also site design/construction?

No problem with 'review' sites like this which don't monetise the brand.

DRS policy states:

b. Fair use may include sites operated solely in tribute to or in criticism of a person or business.

Don't make money from the site, so no ads or affiliates.

e.g. opticalexpressruinedmylife.co.uk decision attached.

Not enough capacity for the Appeal (admin could increase it), which was "No Action" too.

Why put it on a .co.uk at all ?

It would seem far less hassle to go .com and american host and hide behind their laws rather than open yourself up to a DRS.
