It has some "Web 2.0-ness" about it, and has brandability from that point of view.

As someone who has tagger.co.uk, I see the potential and understand the thinking.

Well... Unicef own the .org.uk of it, so i think it's limited by that and you'll always be seen as taking advantage of the charity.

Hard one to be positive about because of that.
