My guess is he's saying there are a lot of lurkers that have bought a large amount of domains without trying to sell any?? Now they might have got caught out by a hardening of market conditions.

Buying domains without selling isn't always a dumb idea if you have the knowledge to develop them.

I have bought several OK domains from forum members. I have also bought some stinkers lol, but more importantily i have developed my domain branding knowledge. Yes I'm a newbie but I like this forum and have learnt lots.

Not all new members are trolls, or should be picked out as fools.
