Obviously we can't dictate what you do with your domain, but we'd ask you to keep it the way we build it for, say, six months. All revenue will be yours.

Do you have any specific criterion for each domain? Any additional information would be great. I think all of mine that I listed fit your above criteria!

When will you make the final decision? I ask, because I'm getting around to developing my sites and would not want to have any parallel development!
