Registered (or caught I suppose) only last year. The .uk currently registered to someone in China (also reg'd last year).

Er...no.

The .com sold for 65k last year. The next day lots of cctld's are registered on spec. Bingo, a year later the dot com owner picks up the cctld's too for $$$$.

It was the .co.uk that sold for $12,543 (£10k??) this month.

The most recent .uk domain in that feed is caps.co.uk, which sold in March 2017.

There are half a dozen more-recent sales listed here.

Maybe there is an alternative feed?

I wonder if certain domain news outlets are being given an alternative feed or CSV dump?
I think that either namebios add entries manually to their DB from updates released via DnJournal OR they get given the same feed as DnJournal.

Why fishy?

That tmhcc.com was apparently sold twice within a year and this April for approx $50,000 less than last year. I've not looked in detail, so maybe it's all fine.

That was also the week the .co.uk sale was reported at £10k / $12,500

I think many of these historic sales sites like Namebio are just grabbing RJ's pages and parsing the info out. Dead easy with e.g. wget/curl and grep/awk. As for a reliable, up-to-date Sedo feed; it's probably an oxymoron.
