Just regged a .co.uk didn't find a trademark on WIPO's Madrid search, but instead found it on ipo.gov.uk? so is it a TM?
 
well it was a social site I used to be a member in and as far as I was concern it was finished, don't know when this new company came in, the trademark said it's done in 2006, how come it's not in WIPO's website? and instead on Uk's trademark search?
