I've now listed Tully.co.uk for sale on Domain Lore. The URL is http://domainlore.co.uk/Tully.co.uk. I believe that this is a surname. As for how common it is, I don't have a clue. There's a poor selling technique for you

Particularly considering their odd current domain name!

I've noticed them once or twice whilst Googling the name. My problem is that I am a lazy salesman!
