Editable consultation?

Still waiting for Nominet to provide the editable consultation form for .uk V2.0 that they have mentioned.

So don't have to complete the online form.

UPDATE:

• Alternatively, you can enter your responses into an editable PDF. Below are instructions on how to submit your responses using the PDF:
1. Open the PDF.

2. Download a copy and save it your desktop.
3. Complete your responses and save.

Where permission has been given, responses to the consultation will be published in November after the Nominet board has had the opportunity to review all the feedback.

Without reading the V1 .uk Feedback summary (80 pages) again

It took me 2 hours to read all the Nominet V2.0 .uk documents,
