Dave I'd be happy to push to DL with that as a starting bid, but not an offer I'd accept outright.

Na, you don't want to fanny around Dave. It's easy to put to DL and get maybe a little more but look at the work you're going to put into it prior to listing.
Just say SOLD @ £150 and we'll try and make it the fastest transaction on here yet.
