Hi Guys
Spun out of Cambridge University maths research, cyber security firm Darktrace has turned the computer network security model around and sets "honeypots" for hackers and then monitors who is attempting to break in. Information is fed back to a machine learning algorithm which means Darktrace's technology gets smarter the longer its running. This is a hot startup in a hot sector, and is getting interest from big names in British tech and politics. The 23-month-old startup is already valued at $100m.
