Had a PM suggesting to look at these guys.

The web site looks very similar to parking4money, but the difference is an upfront $ 99.95 fee, the sample pages look much better however.

Anyone had any experience on these guys ? I however am not willing to part with any of my hard earned Namedive dollars without further evidence !

Best Regards

whypark

I have been using whypark for the last couple of weeks due to parking revenue being very low/non existent on some domains. I find the system to be very good. The domains/site get into google very quickly with the keyword content. Adsense is very easliy added and on domains where i have made nothing or very little they are now gaining small amounts of revenue.

Affiliate links can be added and your own extra pages also. The templates give an automatic site map and i have added headers/name banners to some sites (these images must be hosted elsewhere and linked).

Overall you can host 100 domains with keyword content and easy to add adsense and affiliate links. I am no expert but it seems quite good value for money and is a one of fee.

a couple of examples are:

www.cheaperutility.co.uk
www.offsetmortgage.net

I will try to help if anybody has any questions...

I also have an affiliate link to whypark if anybody is considering it..thanks ;)

I've only recently signed up with Whypark, but am impressed with how much flexibility you have over template design. Still playing around so probably too early to really comment so look forward to peoples replies.

an example is www.cdrip.co.uk (not complete but getting there) if anyone interested.

One thing missing though seems to be meta keyword TAG

Like your cdrip whypark page redbird :)

I think i will have to learn a little bit more html and practice more on my design to get my pages to look as good as yours.

It's all new to me....everything is a big learning curve.

Hope whypark does well for you...

I logged a support ticket at whypark one week ago about google sitemaps but I have had no response yet. If I try to view the ticket from the link in the automated response email it shows the submission date as 31/12/1969 and access is denied. Has anyone else submitted a support ticket successfully?

just a quick note...

WhyPark.com is considered a parking service and therefore against google's adsense TOS

Expect your account to be cancelled

The only exceptions google makes to this are their own parking program, sedo and other HIGH TRAFFIC parking companies

But to be considered you need to have a hell of a lot of page views.. which i doubt whypark.com is getting
( remember its the primary domain , in this case whypark.com ) which needs the excessive pageviews to be considered

A lot of people have found their account cancelled after joining ..

Be careful guys

thanks for the warning!!

last time my adsense account got up to a couple of hundred bucks they
cancelled it due to click fraud.. which i most definatly didnt do !!!
* i did put google searches on my friends PC's -- is that click fraud?

so i lost all the money and google refused to answer my mails.

hi,
yes it is

click fraud is determined as a click on a sponsored advert that is displayed on a site via search or content results that was caused by the account owner or anyone in an attempt to generate revenue with no intention of retaining the advertisers services .

You can sometimes appeal to google's beter nature if you provide tracking on adsense adverts that shows the ip addresses etc and block that P from your site.

It doesnt always work but has helped a few people

I originally thought so too, however Im informed that some have applied to google with their WhyPark domain and its been approved. Im also informed that an adsense user has asked a direct question of adsense ref whypark and they did not disapprove of the pages being generated.

Seems all the rage at the moment these contextually driven article sites - shame theyre all from the same article DB that costs $6

**There again, looking at the page someone above me in this thread posted as an example, this is against google TOS and will be in trouble if you let it continue - you cannot show two competing contextual advert companys on the same page. The Miva Inline ads with adsense is a HUGE no no.. Just fyi.

I assume you are referring to my cdrip site. Thanks for pointing it out, I've removed the Miva inline ads, only just been approved for them so don't want to lose it. Am I right in assuming it is against googles TOS but not Miva's as the latter approved the sites with adsense running?

From the comments I've seen re parking and adsense, hosting the domains myself might be a better option for me than parking as don't want to lose adsense account. One problem I've found with whypark is sites are slow to display, I think this is may be the article feed although not sure.

Can you/anyone post link to the "... same article DB that costs $6...". I thought whypark used syndicate-article.info but this seems to be free.

Thanks

Dave

Anybody here been using whypark.com for a bit now. Would be interested to hear how it's going.

Thanks

I've virtually given up on all parking apart from type in traffic domains, rapidly seem to lose any google rankings may have had. I've only still got stuff with whypark because I haven't the time to move it.

Site development, even a single page (unique content) is the way to go.

I have been with them for about 2 months now, I couldn't be happier, I have used both adsense and YPN on my sites, YPN is doing better for me PPC wise.

Whypark seems pretty good to me....it's quick ans easy to set up the pages and they get better revenue than parked pages. Even though the content is used elsewhere, the pages do get clicks and adsense revenue.
Good system if you have loads of domains with little time to develop them.

See my whypark domain below.....if interested

Whypark has superb support - they've answered all my tedious questions without fail. They're also bringing out a host of new features over the next 2 months

I have found whypark very useful and easy to use.
It is a lot better than normal parking.
They give you automatic content which is regularly rotated, my sites have been picked up quickly in the search engines.
The adsense is bring in extra money which never seems to happen with regular parking.
They give you a variety of templates although i have customized my own to suit my sites.

overall i am a happy customer.

Whypark Update*

Whypark Update*:-D:-D

I've been a whypark fan for a few years
now and have most of my domains their.
The bad news is due to free content
'cloning' google have suspended some
adword campaigns on whypark sites.

The good news however is that the
webmasters at whypark have come
up with a new independent advertising
solution to cope with this problem.

The best way to earn revenue from
whypark sites I feel is to place a job
board on them. I earn about $0.30(avg)
with each pay-per-click!

A good example of this is at my pet site,
http://MoneymakingSites.info
To date I've made about$83.00 from
the job board alone!

Saving the best to last though is my
ppp (pay-per-play) audio advertising
presentation at

http://SearchExpress.org
net audio-ads plays a short five second audio
ad on your site then at the end of the week
they pay you a commission for the ads served
this means that you get paid just for having
visitors arrive at your site!
