I've been buying their infinity sauce for a while now, it's got a bit of a kick to it lol :)

I've got some Bhut Jolokia seeds all ready for planting in April/May. Got them from ebay so I hope they are the real deal.

I love Chillis and have got a few bottles of Hot Sauce at the ready

This from wikipedia - apparently those are 'weapons grade' chillis...

In 2009, scientists at India's Defence Research and Development Organisation announced plans to use the peppers in hand grenades, as a non lethal way to flush out terrorists from their hideouts and to control rioters. It will also be developed into pepper spray as a self defense product.[28][29]

R. B. Srivastava, the director of the Life Sciences Department at the New Delhi headquarters of India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (who also led a defense research laboratory in Assam), said trials are also on to produce bhut jolokia-based aerosol sprays to be used by potential victims against attackers and for the police to control and disperse mobs.

Yep, I have no intention of eating them raw and whole, I'll use them to make sauce, or mibbe slice up for the odd pizza, I love hot chillis, but Scotch Bonnet is usually my limit :p

There are videos on youtube of an Indian woman munching the jolokia like sweeties, wouldn't be me :p

The chilli from England is a derivative of the jolokia.

I have a nice chilli sauce bought back from the US which is made using the Habanero, nicely named "Fire In The Hole".

Habanero is the same as Scotch Bonnet, just a different name. I'll be growing some of them too, very tasty chillis :p

Cheers Dale, just ordered the infinity sauce.

Also coming in March plants are for sale, will be getting some of those.

Darren.

I'll get the plants also Darren. I'll eat those on my cornflakes :p

Had a bet once here in a Bangladeshi restaurant. They told me I couldn't eat the hottest they had. We had a sit down with the staff. They backed off. The British idea of 'hot' is Michael Mouse. Need to go China, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico to try even the remotest of 'hot' ;)

Yes i watching Rick Stein in Thailand last night.

He was eating a soup, said it was hottest thing he has ever had, looked great.

Tonight i cooked a Madras and Do-Piaza for the family.

Recipe is found on the following website, quite good imo.

Onions are nice in curry. Good on you for having a stab with the cooking! Rick Stein wouldn't know an Asian hot soup if he ingested it backwards! Actually, I'm very interested to see what this 'infinity' sauce is all about. I might get the guy to send me two of his fresh 'capsici' to eat at the same time. I'll post on YouTube.

Many people think that loads of water or beer will stave off the effects.

Not true. Answer is a sugar cube :p

Simon can eat hotter than me, so I'll run it by him also.

This is one of my Favourite sauces.
