Some of you won't need this advice but here it is anyway :
A worm was released today called Conficker,sure this was already around ?
If you have it on your computer you won't know unless you try to visit Microsoft.com or your antivirus website eg, Norton.com when access to these sites will be blocked.
If you have the it then shut down your computer,use another computer which is not infected goto windows update for a security patch,burn it to disc and go put it into the infected computer.
Now you should be good to go
