Yeah I know it's a .info but Google said the extension doesn't matter in rankings so I couldn't resist. And a .info also does make some sense in this case.
Anyway
"home contents insurance" gets 5400 exact local searches and 17.66 CPC

1. What do you guys think it's worth?

2. You think it can make a good adsense site?

Be gentle.......

Its long but decent exacts so may have some value

try http://www.dnsaleprice.com to find comparable sales

Also may be worth asking for an appraisal on some of the domain forums with an international reach

Thanks a lot for the reply. I really appreciate it.

used the site and looks like there's been a rising trend among .infos. A few years ago it was mid to high 3 figures, now it's in the mid 4 figures and beyond.

I guess that's good right? What do you think? Can I justify a 4 figure plus price if I had to sell based on exacts and CPCs?

Plus what international sites do you recommend? The last few I stumbled on before I came here required a form of payment. Any good free ones?

.info's can work really well. They need to relate to "Information seeking" to have credence.

Your domain misses out on every field. Surprisingly, (to some maybe) your missing out on what most are used to in scanning in a "results field" - some Credibility

Hi Bailey, thanks for the reply. What you're saying is interesting. Can you elaborate on that a bit more? Do you mean that since it's a .info in insurance it lacks in terms of credibility?
To be honest, I also have my doubts but AssetDomain's link shows recent similar insurance related .info's going for lower to mid 4 figures plus. So I guess it's sort of a good sign, isn't it?

.info worth mid to high nothing

I binned mine in 1968, if it was a singular generic word with .info then maybe low offer but something with three words...information about "home contents insurance" ??
