Realtors, real estate, estate agents etc fine estate guides just doesn’t work on so many levels less than reg fee

Reg fee, unless you're setting up a website where you can hire armed guards to take you on a tour of Britain's roughest estates.

Special guides to Moss Side and the Blackbird Leys estate? Best pubs, where to jack a beemer, local dealers drop spots?

Could be a bit of fun :)

Whilst I don't feel the domain itself is that valuable, for what it's worth, here are two suggestions for building a website with this name, that could make you some money:

1) Build a website that promotes visiting English country houses. I think National Trust might have an affiliate scheme. Promote travel breaks as well.

2) Produce a guide to estate cars, and sell advertising on the site. Not easy this one, but could get you some AdSense clicks.

I don't get why people clutch at straws to think of ideas to develop crappy domains.

The domain cost £5

The time and effort to make and promote a site is £xxxx minimum.

Why would you commit £xxxx worth of time to a half-baked idea with very little chance of making any money, just so not to waste £5?

I don't think the idea about promoting visits to English country houses is that bad, and money could be made if done well. Admittedly it's not the easiest sector to target, but I think you could make money. Whether you do or not would be down to ability though.

The plural kills value but it is still a name registered on many weaker TLD, general or cc.

Would say mid xxx at least for this .com
