i dont want a certain country to have access to a www site.

im running cpanel - is it possible to block a whole country ?

the country is Cyprus - its a finance website for a client

If you use Wordpress, add the Wordfence security app, if you go the paid version you can block countries

or go into cpanel and use the IP Block feature by IP range.

I've always just used askimet - $5 per month and it stops nearly all spam without having to block legitimate traffic...

thanks all for the help, seems to be working, i denied a list of IP's in .htaccess


now, what i need to do next is:

if someone hits the site from Cyprus i need it to redirect to a page.

if someone hits from anywhere else in the world i need it to display the website.


can this be done?
