Ive been working for Transcom ISP now for many years, since the time they ran Internet Cafes, and become really interested in Domain Names as an investment.
The company has its own in house developed drop catching software, which took the guys an awfull long time to perfect, but it works well with the advantage that multiple instances can be run on the same tag on multiple machines.
Ive taken this side of it over, and every time a good catch is made its like winning the lottery !
The software is available for sale and we now do in house catches for other people with limited slots.
Best and worst domains ?
We have got stacks of them, all through the learning curve I suppose. Have several very old .coms and .co.uk's which should sell that don't, and some that have no real meaning sell for a fortune. worst could be extremefinance.co.uk (and .com), not a buyer in sight for years. But, transcom.com sold for £40000 within days, georgians.co.uk for several hundred and ibb.co.uk for over £3000
So, happy catching !
