    Hi,
ive unoppened a can of worms trying to do a mass transfer on th snew system. Got hundreds of accounts there and its not letting me merge them. When i tried to use pgp email it said accounts were on a different name. I think the emails on some are different.

Is there any easier way to get all names under my TAG to one account or do i really have to go through each name and change any different details?

    any help MUCH appreciated

    Rob

Do an automaton BULK select:a1-id, a1-name, a1-email to see how many different email addresses you've used. Once you have the list of different email addresses, ask Nominet to make sure they have activated all accounts linked to those email addresses.

Do an automaton LIST to see how many different permutations of "Registrant" you've used. Pick the minimum number of accounts required (one for each Registrant) from the LIST output and note down their account-id's (near the end of each line). Check that the data for those account-id's carefully to ensure it's correct. If it isn't, use the MODIFY command to update those unique accounts.

Use the automaton BULK to merge all of your domain names to the minimum number of accounts for the account-id's selected above.

If all of the above works, Registrant's Online should become a lot easier and you can finish most of it off in there.

You may want to consolidate Name Server objects as well but that's not imperative. The BULK command examples on the Nominet web site can assist with that.
