New Google webmaster guidelines

A blogger spotted a new version of the webmaster guidelines, but it wasn't meant to be released yet and the post got pulled. Someone else got a snap and is here

Fantastic! If they actually roll this out and police it, it should start to bring to an end the massive quantities of scraped splogs and sites.
