Resolution to remove David Thornton (MCrick) from the board.

Nominet will not investigate a complaint against David Thornton for interfering here as MCrick, the reply from the Company Secretary was:

I am writing to confirm that following enquiries we have been unable to satisfactorily verify the true identity behind the username "mcrick" on Acorn Domains. As such, we are unable to instigate any form of formal proceedings against any member or director on the basis of your complaint.

I therefore propose a resolution at the forthcoming AGM to remove David Thornton (aka MCrick) from the Nominet Board under Section 168 of the Companies Act 2006. I'm posting here to gauge interest to see whether there would be support for this with the following poll.
