Does anyone have a relationship with any Sedo staff? I've got a sale they've been ignoring me on for a week now, despite daily updates and the fact the domain transfer has completed.
 
Can sometimes just depend on how well the buyer uses the transfer center to notify they have received the domain though?

Hi Joanna,

I posted in the transfer centre every day for six days without a response. In general the timeliness of updates from Sedo staff has always been below what I would have expected, but a week unanswered is very poor indeed.

Might be worth you having a look at who the transfer was assigned to? PM me for details if you would like to follow it up.

That said, I also got in touch with the live chat yesterday afternoon and this morning, finally, I have a response.

Thanks Gary - the transfer did finally complete, but it's sad to see how little they value good service. More than happy to respond to the chap you know if he's interested enough to want to look into it.

at times sedo does seem to be slow in responses but other times they are really prompt..........from clients experiences.......they seem to be transparent enough though...
