Just wanted to gauge interest here. Probably only suit someone operating in this industry, rather than valuations on earnings.

This month is looking like £20 or so AdSense. Do get the odd lead but not really optimised that side of things which is obviously where the money is.

Traffic shown is organics only. I've not touched the site for 6-8 weeks.

Content is approx 40 pages & 50,000 words.

Handful of REALLY strong links for such a difficult niche. New & well researched posts will generally start picking up traffic within a week & will rise up the serps over time.

Traffic, new keywords & SERPs grow almost daily. And every 10 or so days for the last few months it's had a new best day for organics. I'd expect that to continue into the 20k-35k uniques/pm range (at which point it's worth investing in more content).

Adsense all time is over £5.00 per 1k uniques

Realistically, I'd need offers in the EDITED range at least. It would cost a lot more than this to get to this stage, not to mention an aged domain etc.

If not, I'm not against hanging onto it and letting earnings/traffic continue to grow & then optimise it for boiler leads. I have a source that pays up to £17.50 per lead (although £10-£12.50 is more realistic for lower volume).

Selling as I'd prefer to focus on niches that are linked to my hobbies.

Will PM URL to anyone interested.

£22.62 adsense in July, up from £6.52 in June.

Organics are as follows.

Jul: 2,900
Jun: 1,600
May: 694
April: 196
Mar: 66
Feb: 5

Had one reasonable offer on a earnings valuation, but based on growth it's just not enough to tempt to sell unfortunately.

Really appreciate the interest, but the good offers are just not there. The site's had another 2 best days this week (considerably bigger than prior best) and with £6 AdSense in June, £24 in July and £15 in the last 7 days, the offers just don't match where the site is heading.

I'll revisit later in the year, but happy to network with people that own sites in the energy/home niche in the mean time.

Thanks again.

Not meaning to be rude but trying to sell a site for thousands with an adsense revenue of £45 just isn't realistic.
Unfortunately things like this do not sell on 'what they may be worth after many thousands of hours more work and financial spend'
You would be better off to develop the site and build it to the potential you talk of...

I wouldn't class that as rude, it's an opinion. Unfortunately, this isn't an opinion post. It's a for sale thread that is now closed.

If you actually read my last post you'll see I'm keeping it. Traffic is up 40% since my last post and continues to grow.

Thanks for your concern though :)

You shouldn't be so aggressive
