an odd puzzle ...

Waiting also, love puzzles.

Guess what it is using just these letters hijklmno - WATER c/o wonder lander

What North West town am I using the clues below.

blind mice? - mark on a compasss? - 200 and what? 'a space odyssey' - The Beatles?

Ok the last one was either so easy it didn't deserve an answer, or so bad no one could be bothered, either way the answer was of course

3.14 so pi and the answer preferably Wigan or any famous pie town, or of course Llanfihangel Tre'r Beirdd on Anglesey for any brainiacs.

buys a round and leaves quietly..........

Ahhh I read it wrongly so didn’t have an answer. I thought it asked “What North West Town am I using”, “clues below”.

I’m thinking of a Northern Town that had a name you could use, I came up with sale (as in sail) then I was trying to work out how it fitted the clues. I had “Three blind mice, SEE how they run” which I changed to sea to fit the narrative. Then for the compass I thought North as in the North Sea and then I associated The Beatles with Liverpool and their docks and people setting sail.

#CompletelyWrong!

I think the problem is with the question setter, Guess no more quiz questions today, maybe best if i stop trashing the thread with nonsense questions. And on that note, what word has all the vowels in the correct order? o_O

You had a go, just the way I interpreted it!

Not sure on the vowel question, I'm sure I could Google the answer but that's not in the spirit!

puzzle = a game, toy, or problem designed to test ingenuity or knowledge

drop order = random sequence of events

working out permutations of DO would be a puzzle, by comparison lottery odds would be attractive
