I'm considering selling my network of adult dvd affiliate shops, most of them have been running for 3 years+, the bulk of the income comes from 2 of the sites but I will be including another 10 or so domains/shops.
The two main sites are well established in google and yahoo, both have been in the top 2 for the ultimate keywords since April 2007 and appear on the front page for other searches.
Last 6 months Stats:

2008-01 / 309 / 1,432.71 (to date)
2007-12 / 434 / 2,100.85
2007-11 / 324 / 1,591.71
2007-10 / 320 / 1,548.45
2007-09 / 288 / 1,322.31
2007-08 / 350 / 1,649.94
2007-07 / 322 / 1,822.35
These sites generate a good income and require NO MAINTENANCE whatsoever.
Based on an average income of £1.5k per month I would be looking to consider offers over 2 years rev. (£36k). The included domains are all top notch generics.
