I have two UK based property related websites for sale.
Site 1: Property related content site, makes around £300 GBP p/m, approx 10K visitors per month, Adsense only. Domain is from 1996 and current site is approx 3 years old. £10K asking price.
Site 2: Fully automated site for creating UK property related documents. Converts very well. Designed to be used with PPC budget, although it does generate a small amount of revenue organically (approx £250 p/m). This was a pet SaaS project of mine, 9 months of work and full automation. Integrated with Stripe. £15K
Both of these sites are good quality and I put a lot of work into them. Selling for personal reasons unrelated to the websites.
