Unlucky mate, Admin was looking good, led at the furlong pole and inside the final furlong, then it gave up the ghost with some fast finishers sailing past it :(

1st 5 Shakespearean (IRE) 7-1
2nd 4 Il Forno 20-1
3rd 6 Tamanaco (IRE) 40-1

Where are you Admin

Kev, i lost £40 yesterday, it's my own fault it's so easy to chuck money on the virtual horses online :(

I think i need to stop, i use to make a profit betting on the odd thing each week but i just can't help it now, i've become compulsive

Going have a break for a while, might as well have put £40 on Hollie Steele to win Britains got talent at £25 - 1

Thanks for posting the result mate, publicly shaming me

I had a loser in that race as well, though it was in front of yours  I wasn't planning on having a bet yesterday, but seeing your post made me have a look through the form, I put a few small fun bets on to pass the evening, didn't do to badly.

The one I had in Admin's race was, Abandagold, had it in an e/w double and 2 e/w singles with Gifted Leader, Abandagold just out of a place in 4th, it was backed in from 20/1 to 11/1, I got 14's, Gifted Leader in the next race won at 7/1, I got 15/2.

Took a few quid from the winnings on Gifted Leader and backed Cove Mountain, that won at 3/1, but I took 2/1 before it drifted out just before the off, McCoy lost the lead close home but drove it back in front, he's usually my bogey jockey.

Then in the last I had a straight forecast, forecasts are not bets that I normally do on horses, I got the winner at 7/2, and the one I needed to finish second was the 1/2 favourite, only 4th, still, a profit on the night and that will pay for some more reg fee names.

I only backed one double today, it was a losing bet:

Haydock 3.05 Main Aim, won @ 7-4
York 3.15 Friston Forest, lost, 2nd @ 9-4 (lost by a short head )

Straight forecast ( oww !!! )

I never do 'em straight, always reverse.

They pay good though, i use to only do win doubles on horses at 2-1 to 7-2
And put £5 on each double and get between £60 and £90 back if it won.

At least you made something
