You made me laugh out loud with that one.
Some people would dispute one or two of these statements, perhaps even all three

I do try and do the right thing with some of the domain names we hold.
Our sales platform at http://www.ANY-Domains.com is currently being revamped - prices and categories are out of date and need revising.

• Our generics are being developed or are available for sale, lease or joint venture. If you need good domains for development just contact us with a reasonable proposal - I am always happy to support newcomers to the industry or people with development ideas and SEO skills. The keener the better. (Newbies are welcome to take one or two of our domain names free of charge, develop them, sell them on at an agreed price and split the proceeds - and then do it again. It would give me great pleasure to do this for schools or university coursework or SEO case studies).
  
• Our two letter .co.uk names are all intended for development and are not for sale.
  
• Our two letter .org.uk names (about 400 of them) will be a mixture of development and sales via auction of individual names to benefit the charities I support.
  I am really excited about that project and will start posting about it soon.
  
• Village names are not for sale except when companies are seeking to rebrand or renewal fees are due (like now) .
  In such cases prices are totally unreasonable and will stay that way - they are "go away" prices. Go away.
  We are working on developing http://www.ANY-Village.co.uk/ and individual websites like http://www.Hunstanton.co.uk and are currently migrating user generated content to a platform that will allow site visitors to engage more directly with the village.
  Again - we are always looking for advertisers or revenue generating opportunities. Equally we need people who are passionate about communities and local causes and understand how our platform could be used for the benefit of local villages and villagers.
  Just ask.
