Don't know where you got that figure from, "best honey" gets 110 exacts.

"manuka honey" however does get 12,100 exacts, which I guess some may say is the best honey.

I googled "best honey", then it shows "About 129,000 results (0.07 seconds) ",

if google ""besthoney", then it shows "About 12,400 results (0.10 seconds) "

not sure how did you get 110 exacts..
