Cant access Paypal

Hiya Guys,

None of my browsers on my computer will load paypal today.

I know it is up as i can access it with a Proxy.

Is it a ISP problem?

Any ideas

Whois your isp I loged on ok with virginmedia an hour or so ago

Paypal just started loading again.

I had issue getting onto anything to do with vidahost (my hosts) this morning. They were saying it was ISP specific (BT) and affected a couple of other ISP as well.

Was ok getting onto paypal and ebay though.
