Yes I know have this in the offers forum but I wonder what you guys think a fair offer would be? I think any offer over mid £xxx would be fair enough but am I underestimating it's potential?

1300 local exacts. £6 cpc. High comp.

What do you all think I should expect?

It has great potential if you could get it ranked nice affiliate commissions to be earned in the sector. The problem is blackhatters own the serps at the moment if the upcoming updates sorts out the spam could be worth more developed. reseller price as is mid xxx ain't bad

As above, once Google get their act together and sort out the payday crap/spam/hacked sites currently in serps, could be a handy name worth a few quid.

Hi mate, thanks for your input.

Do you have any experience of affiliates in this sector? I'm also working on a dropcatcher and two other services and a couple of tools at the moment outside of my full-time job, so fitting in time is an issue. If I can get an affiliate site up and running quickly enough would surely be worthwhile. Although in saying that I would be happy to sell to the right offer as money towards those other ventures would also be a bonus.
