Has anyone been compensated for last week's unfortunate namedrive **** up?

I haven't, i missed nearly a day and a half's revenue. :(

Hope you haven't forgotten namedrive.

We haven't forgotten. It's an extremely intrictate and long-winded process. It should be up within 24 hours, we're just implementing it now.

Compensation.

You have just given those that used forwarding, compensation for your isp's error.

You have also just given them a bonus on top of that.

So they have in the end got more reward for a) using forwarding, and b) complaining, than those of us who have been using your preferred method of nameserver pointing and kept quiet.

I think it's unfair and think you should give us all a bonus.

Complaining works.

How does the compensation show in my account?

I can't see any in mine. I only have a few domains parked with ND at the moment but would still expect a little compensation.
 
I cant see mine either and nor can 3 others I have spoken too.

What day has it been added too?

How has it been worked out?

Hi guys,

The comp. has been added to the earnings for May 2nd and 3rd, the days when the earnings were down. The earnings were manually added to those days so it may look like nothing has been done. However, if you compare the earnings, they should be higher than the previous Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have only just started to park with us (not in Firestar's case), then it may be that we had too little data to give an accurate impression, though we have used subsequent data to make this as fair as possible to new customers.
