Coppermine photo gallery

I am using Coppermine photo Gallery on one of my sites which has a membership system a bit like a PHPBB forum. Does anyone know how to send out an Admin email to all members of the site? I cannot find an option for it anywhere.

I use coppermine on adultdvdforum.co.uk - I dont think it has a mailing option, just checked and I cant find one anywhere.
