You can tell things are bad when a three letter sits there for 24 hours and is only £500 has a vowel and two constenants sp. Remarkable. I'd buy it in a flash, had I the cash, always wanted a three letter.

unortunately it has gone from bad to worst....i think 2010 will be slightly better.

There are plenty of peak and troughs at the moment, and it's not something anyone can really predict. There will be some sales through chain reactions as some new money enters the market, but at other times it is stagnating.

I would expect sales to be lower through July and August due to people being away on their hols. Also, many of the buyers on AD are using their personal money to stump up for the domains, so maybe nice trip to somewhere sunny has diverted some of the money away from domaining?

Yes I've taken your point. You will always have a changing market, as you know, it applies to everything that's bought and sold. It's interesting because was something formerly overpriced or is it underpriced now as in 2003.

I think people's priorities have changed and they are trying to make their existing projects work rather than spread themselves to thinly.
