Decent Quality Cheap Camera

So I had a good digital camera once upon a time but a drunken night of escapades in Oxford resulted in its misplacement.

I'm now looking for something to replace it. I'd like something good enough to take quality picture for my blog but cheap enough so that it won't break the bank!

Any ideas folks? 2nd hand is not ruled out!

What's your budget? Canon and Panasonic are my favourite brands for cameras.

Tbh budget is pretty abysmal but I could stretch to £100 although tbh preferrably less!
