That's were the crux of the argument comes if its government controlled then the list will be public record.
If theirs stuff is there that shouldn't be on it then simply let your MP know they wont be getting your vote unless they do something about it.
I'm not sure that it is. If it were then why would it stop at just domain names? Why not go for all references to the words in sub domains, in search engines and in all publications? Google search for "bbc news bestiality". You'll get results. Then tell me why a hypothetical "BestialityInTheNews.co.uk" domain name pointing to a web site that was referencing those results should be banned?
