I thought this would drop last week, could somebody with more knowledge than me tell me when it might be more likely to drop please.

You add 92 or 99 days to the renewal date

This one is way past its due drop date - more than a month past. It may still drop at some unknown date but it is also possible that it might end up being renewed. Does the name resolve to a valid site still?

Absolutely correct - need to get more sleep! Names for 27 Oct are dropping tomorrow (Friday) so you can work it out from that!
