I like many of members here have loads of domain names with many email addresses.

I'm looking for a way I can manage them online, basically I'm looking for something like microsoft outlook, but an online version?

How do you manage your domains?

Cheers Mally

Gmail

You can add the email address for each domain in Gmail and send/receive emails from there.

And let them scan all your emails keep an even closer eye on what you do and eventually rule your life!

I here the new online Outlook.com will allow you to manage multiples - but they will not be scvanning content etc.

Devil and deep blue sea really...

Why not get a good email server and run multiple aliases from each account to point to just one or two email pop boxes?

I used to have tonnes of email addresses, but it got ridiculous. Now I just have two or three and simply ask people to reference the site they're emailing in relation to, on the contact page. Alternatively you could use contact forms and direct them to a particular address, with the email Subject being the site they emailed from.

I use webmail (roundcube i believe) on my hosting, lots of folders and it's a chaos, but organised (ish) chaos.

Google offers a great service and I can't see a point why I should not be using it.

Made email addresses for all my sites/domains and added them to Gmail and I can answer emails with every email alias I want to, no hassle, just a free and great product.

I use gmail for one of my main accounts too - it is good..

Can't touch Office 365 for functionality though (activesync being one) and you get a copy of Outlook 2010 to run on your computers too.

Hi Pro - there's no free lunches fella..

I hear it is good - but then the payback is G having more and more data on you! Do you have an Android phone? G are there in the background connecting all the dots about you and your habits and interests, as well as scanning your emails and texts. It's so close to being the Big Brother scenario it's scary.

I don't understand why people are not more worried about what's happening.

I have major issues allowing G any more access to what I do in the name of "organising the web". What a load of sh*te. They want to profile each and everyone of us to tell us/offer us what they think we want for now and in the future - and we're all letting them get on with it seemingly happy to provide all the info.

So, either we all have to use proxy servers for everythign we do online - or in my case I choose to avoid as much as I can the G products and associated products.

I admit to using G accounts for Analytics, I have used Adwords and in the past some Adsense, but my reliance on all 3 is waning as quick as I can make it!

There are alternatives - they may not have all the bells and whistles, but it depends on how much you mind companies knowing about your habits - it's exactly the same as ClubCards etc. why oh why do people think they are getting something for nothing - when it's just data data data you are giving to large companies...

Madness IMHO.
