Users list there property for a fee which is paid via paypal then there ad goes live. They can then be contacted by potential buyers

The aim of the site is to avoid estate agent fees

How may users have you got? Where else does this site get the property listings from (if anywhere)?

we currently have 52 members but havnt advertised

Property isnt pulled from any other site but as the site is custom coded it can easily be added

Please note that users pay monthly to lsit there property so if a user lists they will be charged per month until it sells or they remove there listing
