"Nominet claim that they need these changes to be able to bid for the UK ENUM registry and similar matters. This is not the case. The existing clauses 3.4 and 5.4 provide sufficient power. But, even if these were judged insufficient, that only justifies widening the objects, not all the other changes. These should be presented and argued on their own merits."
