Apraisal is sueable being honest as your taking their name and using it for a start and they have a very strong case against you as they can say that you are trying too con people into giving money etc etc.
Would be 10 times worse if you had a website up.

Escrow is a generic term, not a company name such as Paypal???
Grant
Escrow.com is trademarked www.escrow.com it might even just be trademarked under escrow.
All Escrow.com web pages are secure and begin with https://
Never download or open a file or picture from someone you don’t know
Escrow.com does NOT send emails with payment or shipping instructions.
Escrow.com does NOT accept payment through Western Union or Money Gram.
Escrow.com does NOT have escrow agents.
Looks Too Good To Be True
This is a bit from their main page regarding fraud so apart from being trademarked if someone sent out emails from escrowfunds.co.uk they could be accussed of trying too copy escrow.com
It might be the generic term that they are branding, I havent looked into it being honest, but as I say try buying a domain with ebay or disney involved in the name and your soon see about trademarks and copyright etc.
There are a thing called terms and conditions, trademarks and copyright, so dont try and say nouns and crap like that as you havent got a clue.
Apologies for being blunt, but if you haven't got the message yet that 'escrow' is NOT a trademark, then I'd leave this thread alone if I were you.I never mentioned www.escrowfunds.co.uk was trademarked, what I said was that Escrow might be trademarked and therefore someone using Escrow might be breaking trademarks.
So the keyword is Escrow and not the funds part if they have trademarked Escrow rather than www.escrow.com as a domain name then as your not using Escrow in the sense that your calling yoursel www.escrow.com then things should be ok.
If you or someone else who buys the www.escrowfunds.co.uk is using the domain pretending to be escrow.com then obviously yes there is a trademark issue.
As I say right or wrong, your still posting a sell in a appraisal section and just asking for offers or advice.
