I have done custom paid queries before (including areas of London), but people names is a more difficult one - mainly because some people have bloody stupid "names".

Custom queries like this use a list of names to query against, and return matched results.

I haven't got as far as adding the ability to categorise/tag rows, to make it easier for users to query (sorry).
