I honestly believe that the team would do just as well if they organised themselves...they just need someone to make travel arrangements etc

Why would anyone even consider keeping this guy on? He looked startled in South Africa, as though he didn't have a clue.
I don't expect us to win trophies...our players aren't good enough...but they could play better if they were A. played in positions they are comfortable in and B. allowed to play more naturally instead of to systems that blatently don't bring success.
