Hello and welcome!
One thing you get here is free advice. Here's mine ...
I looked at your site. A very artistic way of minimising content whilst maximising Adsense, but you have very little original content which will bring people back for another look.
The name "chill, com" is a good one, but somewhat dissociated from financial advice.
Perhaps you currently have some income from the site. This will not have any bearing on the sale price, because the title is not associated with the content.
You have put some good work into the "look" of the site.
What I would do -
Buy another domain, with finance keywords in the title, transfer the site content to that, with a couple of original articles to keep the users on the site (look around Acorn and you will find keenly priced article suppliers).
Redevelop chill, com with leisure-oriented content along the same lines, run it for at least 3 months, preferably 6 months, to get a significant income stream.
If you sell that domain now, you will get a price based on the potential use of the name, from someone who can see how to develop it.
Put some RELATED traffic into the equation, and you will get a good price for chill, com.
Do it my way and you may have another site to sell.
Good luck!
