Hosting - Xilo

I think there used to be a board for hosting, but cannot find it in the new setup.
In the past I have recommended xilo on here - have been with them 10 years and generally reliable and good support. However since the beginning of May I have been trying to leave due to my changing needs - their billing department won't reply to support tickets and when I phone they say they will get someone to call back but they never do.
Since I have recommended them on here before, I now want to retract that and would recommend you avoid!

That's sad to know.. Lucky enough to be with Webhost UK Since last 6 year, one good reason to stay with them is their support always available on livechat and tickets when requested.
