Amazingly, i bought two street deeds (the london eye - UK site) and Rodeo Drive (the US site) , i resold one (uk) within anout 3 days for £70 profit and rented the other one out to a sunglasses company for about £40/month..

Shame it went really (for me anyway) .. The mxm contingent were however hurrendous at returning emails and as rob says they did come out with some 'classics' ...
