Wanted: Domain Appraisal I need advice for 7pva . com

I recently received an email from "a broker" who has a client willing to buy one of my domain: 7 p v a . com (without the space of course)
While I hardly try to sell the full site, he's "talking" about more money than my sale.
He wants an appraisal (at my expense) first but I'm not sure if it's worth it, since the cost is about 60 Euros.

So I need opinions from top domainers and experienced people in the domain field.

What could be a fair market value for it?

It's a scam, happened many times before. Just ignore it and move on mate.

It's probably one of the well known scams to get you to pay for a useless appraisal.

If they want to buy it just insist they make their best offer or get their own valuation.
