Lee's right subject or revenue is more important that traffic numbers.

I have some high traffic sites that generate minimal revenue, i have several smaller sites that generate more income from a fraction of the visitors.

I'd class that volume of UV's high though. ;)

What i was trying to say is its the quality and nature of the traffic that is more important than just general figures.

What would you rather have 1000 UV's that generate £1000 a month or 50000 UV's that generate £999 a month?

Still its what i would call high traffic.

Also; hits or visitors? There is quite a difference. ;)

u right It is big difference. i just looked at my webstats for first time in ages for my main site and it weird I had for April:

44,500 Unique visits but 1476621 HITS  which = 32,000 ish somethings a Visit per user?

the main problem is that this brings me in zero money..

Would help if you said what the domain is too see why it isnt gaining income.

Is it an affiliate site?

If so have you checked to make sure that your affiliate codes are correct as depending upon what network and what html package you use.

Normally theres only one dodgy network that codes dont like the & sign with some packages.

Is the stats program genuine?

A lot dont know the difference between a person and a search engine bot, even though mine has stats for bots I dont trust it 100%.

You should be making money from those amount of hits.

I have some websites that have a tiny amount of visitors but even they earn me money.

You need to look at the EPC really to gauge how well a site is doing.

It's early in the morning but I make that 33 hits per unique visitor - not unusual on a multi-page site with images, etc.,

Where is the traffic coming from? That will let you gauge its quality.

If the traffic is good then it comes down to the quality of your offering as to whether or not you make any money from your site.

PM me what you have - if you want - and if you're not making anything from it and I fancy it, maybe swap for one or two of the domains I didn't sell to you last time round.

If there is no obvious use for this domain, it must be useful to link to other sites that you are developing. With that level of traffic, it's bound to generate some traffic. It must also be coming from somewhere.

I consider any site with over 300 UV a day to be useful and over 1000 is a very valuable asset.
