Why do you say that? Not that i disagree just seems intriguing to bring it up here..
Ive sold using escrow, paypal and bank transfer and never had a problem, if anything escrow was the most cumbersome but it was an international sale for a reasonable amout so was probably worth it..

Take a look at the users post history and see if you can smell something.

Better safe than sorry.

Only use paypal with people you have done business with before without issue or if they come recommended from a close source / friend.

Just trying to save anyone from getting burned
