Old admin here, I've recently retired but Im still doing paid blog posts and to be honest I want to go hardcore with the retirement and not have the emails to deal with. So I'm selling my car blogs. Over 90% of orders are for my main car blog. I get a constant stream of requests for paid blog posts. The model is simple, you reply back with a proforma email and a price, they agree or negotiate. They send you a doc with the article to be published. You send them a Paypal invoice and get paid. It takes minutes to do each one so its pretty close to passive income. The sale includes my other car blogs which get less attention but Im happy to include them. I just quickly looked at my paypal account and i think in the last 3 months ive taken over 1000 gbp. So say thats c.4k a year. If anyones interested hit me up, I dont need to get 3 years revenue to make a deal work. So I'm offering a solid UK website with semi-passive income (can be proven by Paypal) for a low valuation formula, this is as rare as rockin' horse doo doo as far as I'm concerned

Follow up, thanks for the questions so far. I've checked and the main blog has been operating in the same way for 14 years, revenue and post requests are only increasing. I do have GSC stats too but it's about the sustainable and proven income rather than the SEO metrics.

Hi, Sorry, just caught up with 3 requests for info in my mailbox here (been buying a house and selling one). The main site has been operating in this way for 14 years.
