Hey,

Just registered this domain, but wanted to see what people thought about it (Without #)

Chinos are basically khaki trousers, but this appears to be the new name, they come in various cuts, styles and colours.

I have noticed recently that they are quite popular amongst celebrities, Cheryl Cole, David Beckham, Brad Pitt, Jack Tweed lol, even Prince William.

I've started developing a site, anyone think this domain has any value on it's own though perhaps?

Domain alone value is modest IMO, but I could see a sale to an affiliate.

The name/word Chinos (as in cotton trousers) has been around 30+ odd years that I can remember. It's a description for the fit (Reasonable tight) and material (Light) used to be a "dark" reference also.

The reality is your on a 1:200 ratio of a term like "Mens-Jeans" which in its self dosen't do well for on-line selling

I think I will keep the domain/site and continue to develop it as I have been getting a few clicks through from affiliate links, although no sales of yet but it's still early days

I don't profess to being a fashion expert but one of my clients is a large fashion outlet and I do know that chinos are massive at the moment (OK I bought a pair) all the high street stores and on-line fashion sites are pushing them this season...

Perhaps strike while the iron is hot?
